A cozy, one room cottage with baked textures and materials. Includes a fireplace and small loft area. Working shutters can close on click, or be removed. Fireplace/chimney and loft can also be removed if you prefer. Everything linked together is 16 LI and it is copy and mod.
The new picket fence kit contains 10 pieces to put together however you like! Includes pristine pieces as well as two broken ones. Working gate with Kool door script. All pieces are 1 LI except the 4 m fence piece, which is 2 LI.
7 texture choices on menu, including mossy and snow. Simwide change or local (only that piece). Copy/mod.
